When will I receive my order ?
The average delivery time is 5 to 15 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays), however, this time may be extended in case of high demand for the product, but you will always be informed by e-mail.

What are the shipping costs ?
Shipping costs are free.
I gave a wrong delivery address, what should I do ?
If your order has not yet been shipped, please send us an email immediately so that we can change the address.
Where is my product being shipped from ?
Our packages are shipped directly from our warehouse in China.
I have entered my tracking number, but I get the following error message: "Order not found" or "Tracking number not found".
It may not be possible to track the package immediately after it has been shipped with the tracking number, as it can take a long time to update. Don't worry, the package has been shipped and you will receive your order in due course.
What payment methods are available ?
You can pay for your order by credit card or by Paypal. Our payments are totally secure, we use Paypal and Stripe which are references in terms of security for internet transactions.
I received a damaged product, what should I do?
If you have received a damaged product, please send us an email within 48 hours of receiving the product to contact@morrele.us, with a photo of the damaged product, and a new shipment will be made for free.
Can I return my product and get a refund because I don't like it?
As stated in our website policy, you have 14 days after receiving the package to return it. Please email us at contact@morrele.us to generate your return label and find out how to proceed.
Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense.
